Additional Info:

• Additional character cost $20 EACH.
• NSFW commissions have a $15 fee.
• The above also applies to Chibi Commissions.
• Portraits will be drawn in 1500x1500.
• Portraits only come with the free background option.
• References and height charts will be flat color.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• MUST be 18+ to commission me.
• DO NOT feed your commission (or any of my artwork) through an AI generator.
• NO NFTs. Any art of mine being sold as an NFT is not under my consent and should be reported.
• I retain the right to use your commission in my personal portfolio (i.e for promotional use).PAYMENTS
• Payment is upfront
• All prices are in USD and will be processed through PayPal Invoice, OR through VGen's payment system.REVISIONS
• Unlimited amount of revisions while during the sketch stage.
• Once the commission is complete, you may make up to 2 revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Process will start upon payment delivery.
• It can take up to a month for a commission to be finished (though I usually complete commissions sooner).
• If you have a certain timeframe you would like me to complete your commission, please specify.
• Depending on the circumstances, it may incur a rush fee, which would cost 25% of the total commission price.
• By commissioning me, you understand that the artwork created is digital, therefore, there is no physical item to be delivered.USE
• Your commission is for personal use ONLY.
• Usage of work for AI, NFT, crypto, etc is strictly prohibited.
• If you use your commission as an icon or banner, please credit me.
• If you post your commission, please credit me.REFUNDS
• If I cancel a commission for any personal reason, you are entitled to a full refund along with any progress I made.
• If you cancel a commission before any progress has been made, you are also entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel a commission after progress has begun, you will be provided a partial refund along with the remaining progress.
• Once a commission is complete, no refund will be provided for any reason.
• If I cancel your commission based on mistreatment by you, you will not be provided any refunds, and will be blacklisted from any future business.COMMUNICATION
• After receiving and reviewing your request, I will contact you to confirm your commission details and price.
• I will continue to communicate with you throughout the commission process through any of the following methods: email, social DMs, or Discord (I prefer Discord, but whatever's most comfortable for you).
• Although you are welcome to reach out to me at any time about your commission, I will mostly be reaching out to you whenever I have reached/completed the following steps/phases and require feedback: rough sketch, line art, flat colors, and render.---FAMILIAR FANDOMS
